To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary.

• Adult New Patient Registration
• Child New Patient Registration 
• New Born Child Patient Registration

Please note registrations take 3 working days to process. We advise you to order any repeat medication you have from your current GP surgery so you do not run out during this process.

Please book an appointment for a New Patient Medical so we can make sure your health record is up to date and any health reviews you need are completed.
